I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the great and above customer treatment from your service rep Miss Pamela. I went in for a recall on my Kia, and I was really bummed because I knew they would take longer than expected. I expressed my concern to Miss Pamela and first I was able to get dropped off at Walmart by Kia to finish Christmas shopping and the work on my truck was completed in HALF the time expected all orchestrated by Miss Pamela the effort she went through to make my visit above standard is one the anyone can see and love. Thank you, thank you I hope there is something Kia can do to honor her because I feel like I had a VIP visit.
My wife and I came in looking for a new van and Brian Silverhorn was the guy who greeted us and was very patient and very kind. He was very informative and helpful. We ended up buying a newer Honda Odyssey and fell in love. He was not pushy at all and did everything in his power to help and is a great person to deal with. Working with Kirby and the staff at Kia Store Elizabethtown was wonderful. I ultimately chose to purchase from here because Kirby was kind and caring. I wasn't just a sale for him to finalize. I was a person. I went to a different dealership and was treated like I was lucky to be working with them and ultimately it was about making a sale and getting as much money from me as they could.
