Never in my life will I recommend anyone. I got an 08 impala from here not even a year ago, the first day I drove it off the lot after signing the gears weren't shifting, I took it back up there and they said it was a sensor and fixed it free of charge, a month later my power steering goes out, 3 or 4 months later, my axel breaks also having to get my motor mount replaced as well. Then I take it to Chevy bc there's a recall on it which is just a small problem having to do with my key, there was some ticking noise going off in my dash, they fixed it, my key wouldn't turn in my ignition, more money to fix that, and then Chevy tells me my transmission is going bad and it may not last me much longer. I didn't get a "nice" car to keep coming out of pocket for serious issues. I'm a single mom with 2 kids I don't have money to just throw out for a fix. So when my car goes out and I still owe 5 thousand... I have no idea what I will do bc I have no help. This is the worst car i have ever had. I'm so sad off of this. Pitiful car. I should've known this would happen.
