When going in to find a car for my family the staff there was extremely helpful. I happened to see a SUV I liked at another one of their stores and asked if they could bring it here for me to look at. Of course they had it back at their store the same day!!! Once I saw it and drove it I wanted it. I was nervous over what I was going to have to pay because of how nice their cars are. But, they were more than reasonable and in fact had the best pricing I could find for any similar vehicles around the state. When I get ready to buy a new car I'm definitely going back there!!!
2. Are they going to keep their word when they say will will fix the issue, answer to that is no, we had cracked windshield in many places and they told us we will fix it, didnt ever happen, everytime we called we were told we are waiting to hear back from the glass repair shop, and others finally we just paid to fix it.
3. They dont work with you on lowering the price they wanna just keep running your credir or call your bank and try to talk them into more loan money.
I know for our family we will not purchase from them again.
Ernest, and all the guys at 44 Auto on Dixie Highway in Elizabethtown are far and away the best I've dealt with in car shopping! After a rough day of shopping, we called to check on a truck we saw online; Ernest was quick to call us back, and very honest and upfront with us! When we got there he was waiting with a friendly smile, and the truck was everything we were looking for, and some!

Tried to sell me a truck for 29,000 that booked for 23,000 and then wanted to put tax title license and my negative equity on top of that. Will never go back.
1. Is there anything wrong with the car, most generally yes we bought 2 cars from them the first one has had a few issues including the transmission going out. The second one we have had a few months, maybe 200 miles on since we purchased the tires are in horrible shape already having to put new ones on it. Along with a couple of other issues. We paid 17,000 dollars.
The most wonderful part-after finishing out the paperwork, as we were getting ready to leave, Ernest prayed with my husband and I, over our new truck, praying for blessings for our family and our future. God bless YOU, Ernest, and your heart! Thank you!!!
