I had a great experience here. The guys who run the place are really cool, and seem to know a lot about what they're talking about. I would definitely recommend Trobitech to any and all of my E-town friends. :)
Well as usual these people are lying....I offered to pay that day for the work and they could refund it to me if it was not done. This business is shady at best. Notice that posts they do not like is fake, wrong they are correct posts that they cannot defend. Stay away from this business!
Well as usual these people lie again. Review our complaint with BBB and you'll see that I offered to pay for the services twice and I NEVER asked for free services. It is convenient that now I live in Germany and they did not complete the repairs when they promised. Again please read my BBB complaint that is still unresolved.
Left a phone with a broken screen. They said 2-5 days repair because they had to wait for the part. About a week later I called and they informed me that the screen was defective and they had to send out for another one, but they didnt call me because they have a lot of invoices and didnt have time. After about a week I went in again and they told me it was another defective screen or that there was a very slight possibility my phone was just damaged ("but he doubted it"). Another employee told me at a later date that that was probably why it was not functioning. So instead of waiting for another screen, I decided to just buy a new phone since it costed nearly the same amount. However, they then charged me a diagnostic fee of 50 dollars, which though I understand, is unfortunate considering I had already wasted about 2 weeks trying to get it fixed. Though it isnt the employees fault that my experience wasnt good, I wouldve liked more communication.
Heard nothing but good things about this place from honest people who had work done here. Love the fact that they defend their work!!
Appreciate the great service I get every time I come here. Wish there was one of these in my hometown (Bowling Green).
