Not impressed at all. Usually only 1 person working there, so if more than 2 customers you're waiting a while. Also most of the stuff is used, and if you want to sell a game they will give you 2$ for it, and then sell it for 40$.
I pre-ordered a game for my son for his birthday assured that it would be in weeks beforehand. HA. I ended up buying it off the shelf at Best Buy AFTER my son's birthday because Game Stop SOLD the one I pre-ordered. Need video games or gear ? Best Buy or Walmart. Trust me.

Great place to get games. They know what you want. I said I like snipeing and he rattled off like 5 games. They should have the console's set up so you can try them. Just a recommendation.
