Decent layout. 5 people standing in a circle talking. One cashier who checked someone out infront of me but then disappears leaving me standing there waiting to checkout by myself while a group of employees talk in a circle a little ways behind me.
As others mentioned. Staff is hit and mis on service but overall they have always been helpful. Haven't been to this store where they staff haven't acknowledge me or asked if I needed help.
After shopping Lowes and Home Depot who have limited staff to assist in the appliance dept and no knowledge of the appliances I wanted to purchase, I went to Best Buy. I should has went there first. The associates were there to help when I walked in the door. I told them exactly what I wanted. They ordered it and set it up for delivery and installation with no trouble at all and they price matched so I got the best price available on my purchase. They then offered me the application for the Best Buy credit card offer which gave me 10% off my entire purchase and then they gave me a $100 gift card. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes. From now on, if Best Buy has what I need, I will shop there. Clean store, great shopping experience and great customer service.
The box stores have been letting me down. All I needed was a specific type of cable. It's a common cable due to all of the devices put there that won't function right without it. They sell it online only. The whole point of going to the store is the convenience of getting the item that day.
Some of the associates are really pushy, trying to get that commission on electronics. Otherwise, most of the time it's good value for the price. Check sales ads first, though. Sometimes you can get a better price for the same item at another store.
