John and Conner were fantastic. Came in late and the service was great and they were very professional and polite. Wish service was like that everywhere.
One of the best sub places to eat at. Great customer service, very friendly! It's always delicious and always fast! Never had a problem.
The food is good and the service is fast and friendly. If you're expecting Subway or Quizno's, this isn't a sub place like that. There aren't a whole lot of "topping" options, but the actual taste of the food makes up for that. The prices are comparable to any other mainstream sub place.

The food is good like all Penn Station locations; however, the majority of the staff is extremely rude. I've been here multiple times, and it's always the same. I would fire half these idiots in here. Most of them look like thugs anyways. Dont act like you are doing me a favor by making my sandwich!
