Fast service great food and I never got low on sweet tea. they had 15 minutes to get my lunch to me, it was there in 8.5 minutes. Always enjoy going to this Buffalo Wild Wings.
TERRIBLE customer service. My fiance and I went for an early dinner because we had a gift card. We got there and their was no line and it wasn't very busy. Waited about 5 min to be seated and once we were seated, no one came to get a drink order for 15 min. It wasn't even our waitress, it was the manager. We got our drinks and placed our orders and waited 20 min for our food (which was fine) but they forgot my appetizer and I mentioned it and they said they would be back with it. No one came back until our meals were gone and we mentioned it again and the waitress said she could give it to us to go or take it off our order. She didnt give us the option to stay and wait for it. It was supposed to be part of my meal so I ordered a smaller sized wing basket so I could have my appetizer as well. Instead I left still hungry with no apologies from anyone.
I am always a sucker for Buffalo Wild Wings. This one has cool games for you to play while waiting for your food as well. They aren't super fast at waiting you because it is busy if you go during dinner hours. Usually about an hour and a half trip. But I have no complaints!
They had good wings but there sauces arent that great. I still think buffalo wings and rings has better food. I mean other than that the sevice was good but over all i give it a 3 stars out of 5
Very nice managment. Well kept (not dirty) and great place to take your school football team or something
