Waitresses were discussing lack of tips at the bar... very unprofessional.
This Olive Garden location is great. I went here for lunch and was greeted at the door by three friendly people (to include the manager) with big smiles. The time I felt very welcomed. My server was very attentive and fast. This was one of the best Olive Garden experiences I have had.
Ordered soup and salad at lunch... all you can eat. More like if you can get it. Took 30 minutes to get soup. No refill on salad and no request for more salad. Friends chicken sandwich was burnt to the point the food was inedible. Potatoes came out later and was frozen in the middle.
I've eaten at other Olive Garden restaurants, but don't think we'll return to this location. The server kept bringing my husband the wrong refill on his drink. He ordered sweet tea and she kept bringing Coca Cola. Took almost an hour to get our food and by then, it had been sitting out too long. None of us finished. I do realize servers get busy, but you're supposed to take good care of all your customers. I was excited about this opening here, but disappointed. If I want to eat at Olive Garden again, I'll eat at the one back home.
We read previous visitors posts and decided to go ahead and try it. We were not disappointed. Fresh, hot bread sticks, delicious food and friendly service. Very consistent with all other Olive Garden restaurants we have visited. I highly recommend this location.
Was debating on going because of our friends saying they didn't enjoy it but my husband and I had a 50$ gift card so why not of course. The wait for a table on a Saturday night was to be expected 30-40 minutes but while waiting we were offered drinks and samples of the food. Everyone was very friendly. Our servers name was Danielle. Once we were sat she took our drinks and brought us bread and even some for our 1yo. She was very polite. After we ordered our food came out so quickly (no longer than 5-10 minutes). Our soup did come out after but that was no fault of or server, the food was simply ready very quickly and someone ran it out. Everything was hot and delicious. Payment was very easy at the table. I would've taken the survey but didn't have to time. Had a truly great experience and an awesome server that was clearly working very hard. Not sure why there aren't better reviews!
