I've eaten here a few times with different experiences each time. Only once did I ever had a bad experience due to the waitress lacking in skills. Aside from that one time, they've been great visits. The food has always been cooked right and I've never had any big issues...although, the seasoning on the steak could be eased up a little sometimes.
It was terrible. The customer service was terrible, the waiters seemed to be too busy to wait us. They had no trouble serving the other people around us though. The manger tried to be helpful but she clearly wasn't trained in this field and didn't accommodate are needs very well. We left before we even order. This was the worse experience I've ever had here. I would not recommend this longhorn on late nights.
First off I am a previous server at a restaurant so I know how it is supposed to work. This is by far the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had in my life. I was tempted to leave the restaurant without paying but that is not the type of person that I am. The service from "Robin" was horrid. I swear to you it too me 25 mins to get a coke that I had requested. Then I ordered an appetizer and it took an audition 30 min to receive. The story does not end there. The next step is the bill. It was my friends birthday so there were separate checks. With that being said it took it an additional 30 min for our waitress to correct our checks 3 different times. I do not advise anyone that is hungry to go into this establishment.
I am giving one star on behalf of my husband's dinner (Mine was fine.) because I've never seen anything like this... What do you think? Hubby asked for a well done burger and the server replied "NO pink" and he agreed to NO pink. The thing was, you guessed it- PINK. We asked for a re-fire but I honestly thought that, for what they charge, he would receive a new fresh burger. I was surprised that they put his old bitten off burger on the grill and gave the same burger back to him (now BURNED UP TO A CHAR) which seems unsanitary to me. I would not want food cooked in a spot on the grill where someone else's saliva had been! YUCK!! Is this a common practice? We seldom send food back, so I really don't know.
Really great food and friendly service,but not much room for a mobility scooter. And this place is on the pricey side.
