Quick service honest price and I made it to the job!!
Got a flat on the freeway while driving to a gig down in Alabama. Ken Towery was open on Sunday, quoted me $75 for new tire; 1 hour after I got there it was done and done. Total cost maybe $76 and change.
Never again! Worst experience ever! After 5 hours and a technician breaking something on my car (which sounds worse after leaving)! The store manager heard the way his tech down talked to me and it wasn't until after I made an ordeal about it that he tryed fixing the situation. As far as Mr.Rick and Mr.Brandon, they were both extremely nice and helpful, especially me being stuck there for five hours with a two year old. From now on I will take my business elsewhere.
A big thanks to Branden and the crew at Ken Towery. I had taken my vehicle to one of the "Big" auto dealer service departments to have a safety recall item taken care of. While it was there, they did an inspection on it and quoted me $3600+ worth of recommend repairs & maintenance. That's probably about what my car is worth. Ken Towery checked all of the items and told me that most of it did not need to be done.. They repaired one item mentioned for about half the cost, plus got me a great deal on a set of tires, and they found one other item that the other service dept missed, that definitely needed to be taken care of. The prices were reasonable. The service was quick and complete and now my vehicle rides like a new vehicle. And they got me set up on account where I can pay over 6 months with no interest. I'm very pleased! Thanks guys!

Awesome service and reasonable prices. I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else but here for oil changes, tires, and mechanical advice.
Claims to rotate tires but twice after waiting a long time was done with oil change and failed to rotate tires. Tire rotation was include with oil change package. Was told once that they did not want to waste my time. I do not recommend this place!
