They don't stand behind their tires unless you buy them there they should no matter who bought them.the lot needs repaired

I am updating my review to the following:
I have found the service at the Elizabethtown, KY, Big O to be courteous, professional, and cooperative. I can leave my vehicle there while I take another to run errands and Big O will call when my vehicle is ready for pickup. They also explain their different tire brands and prices, explaining the differences and helping me decide which brand is best for my driving needs and money.
Had to replace 2 of the tires I bought less than a year ago at my own expense even though I paid extra for the insurance.....loopholes

We are new to the area. We always appreciated the care our vehicles receuved in Idaho, so when I was driving my daughter's van here in Elizabethtown and it needed attention I took it to this Big O Tire location. They repaired the problem promptly and did not even charge. You may be sure we will always deal with Bg O Tires.
Also had to go back to retrieve my spare tire after being told it was wore out with wires exposed....the spare was in good condition with minimal wear. A persons word is everything and you should be able to trust what you are being told.
