10:When they get a difficult dog all they do is muzzle it and stick it in a kennel and lie about what the dog has done all day so the owners bring them back so they can keep peoples money instead of work with the dog and talk to the owner about what needs to happen.

Upon first arrival, I contacted my vet from out of state to fax over vaccinations. I was asked to leave with my pets because I “was keeping them past closing time” sine the vaccinations didn’t come in. She ended up having to call her boss to get the correct fax number so the delay was actually her fault because she didn’t provide the correct number.

I signed up at least 3 times for access to the private Facebook page to see pictures and videos of my dogs experience. This never happened- not even an explanation as to why when I inquired about it except, “I don’t know.”

2:Un-trained Unexpirienced workers.

3:Their dog yard has raw sewage in part of it

Had gone here once for grooming and the groomer was very friendly but this time I went there was a new groomer. Super unfriendly and most of the staff are, upon dropping my dog off I saw how roughly they were handling the other dogs, not to mentioned it smelled bad in there and everyone has a IDGAF attitude. It went downhill from my first experience. My dog is elderly and already has problems with her joints but walks fine but after picking her up she’s been limping very badly and has been having odd behavior

9: There is no sections to keep like minded dogs in seperate areas...example all the dogs are put together in one area there is no high energy/ medium energy / low energy sections and this causes more drama then neccesarry because it stresses the dogs out.

20:Obviously this is not the best place to take your animals to..everything I stated is facts accept my opinion on the manager but hey try it out go meet her yourself...tell me Im wrong !

13: They board cats in small dog crates in an area that is stressful for them where they can hear all the dogs and new people etc and they stress out.

6: several dogs have gotten sick from there and they lied about why

The cost is excessive. There’s more but that’s enough for now.

Employees don’t seem to care about the animals. They were rude to people and rough with animals.

8:They leave all the dogs unnatended

12:They bring in unvaccinated dogs from the streets and put them in with other dogs with out putting them in quarintine first

15:They dont drug test workers and I have whitnessed on several occassions the workers being high..why on earth would you allow drug abusers to work with your kids fur kids ..it causes a huge safety issue

1:No A/C for the dog's areas.Which means however hot it is outside add a few degrees inside with little to no air flow.

11: They over crowd the dog area..Im not just talking about 20 dogs at a time Im talking about several more like double that instead of cycling them around.

7:when dogs get in a fight they lie about how it happened and make it sound like its your dog's fault

4:Water doesn't drain out of the yard so it sits there stagnates turns green

18:They only mop the floors in the back once a week..in any animal establishment or high traffic place it should be mopped daily!!!!

Not a good experience for so many reasons.

17: all of their big dog houses/kennels and walls are bare wood where germs can harbor and spread.

5: They send dogs home muddy and stinky

Not worth the money because they don't know what they are doing. I'm not about to leave my fur babies with people who don't know what they are doing. I was thinking about boarding my dog for a few days while I was going to have surgery on a hernia repair but forget about that I don't trust them with my dog. They have no respect for the animals in their care what so ever.

14:completely understaffed which makes it unsafe for pets and the workers

If I could give this place no stars I would. They have all kinds of issues..

Don't waste your time or money on this place. Do yourself a favor and take your fur babies somewhere respectable.

16: The manager there is rude unprofessional and scared of most dogs especially large breeds bullies and make them nervous most of the time all of them are put in kennels and only takem out to potty

19: They do not spray for bugs or fleas ever!!! Which means if your dog goes there it will come home with them!!!! Make sure to keep preventatives on your pet!
