Very nice community with spacious apartments reasonably priced..
Not as quiet as one would expect. Neighbor slams door everytime they go out vibrates wall. Carpet had a permanent stain when we moved in but the answer was we would not be charged for it. Better than last apartment but somewhat disappointed.

I moved from Louisville to Elizabethtown because the rent skyrocketed in Louisville. I had almost 1,000 sq ft in a one bedroom for $635 at Arlington park. I moved back to Louisville recently when I moved in with my boyfriend, to be closer to family. I can't say enough how much I miss being at Arlington. It was so quiet, no traffic noise, no noise from neighbors, absolutely serene sitting on the porch. Staff and maintenance were superb. I accidentally cancelled my lease a month early and the staff found another renter so I was off the hook for half a month's rent, even though they had no incentive to tell me about or to not charge me the full month. Maintenance was very prompt. I did experience water flooding from neighboring apartment's dishwasher. But maintenance made quick work of drying everything and cleaning carpets. I was also credited $100 toward utilities from the drying equipment. Can't say enough good things about this place. I may even move back someday! Loved it here!
