Don't use this company. Everything that could have gone wrong with this reservation has, and I'll be sure to never use Budget again.
We reserved a truck last Saturday, and when we showed up the whole place was dark, doors locked, and sign that said for lease. We even went around the building and tried to look inside several times, but the location appeared to be out of business even though Budget trucks are there.
I immediately called customer service to attempt to cancel and ensure I wouldn't be charged. The man said he couldn't find my reservation and it didn't exist in their system, even though I received a confirmation email. He said I shouldn't be charged since it didn't exist. I noticed the next day that I had a pending charge for $50 from Budget. I called them again, this time we were in the system, and they said I would be refunded. I have not been, so I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Got everything done in a quick and friendly way.
