These are the most unfriendly people i have ever met..And before anyone of you say anything yes i didn't pay my bill but i also didn't get one in the mail until the day they disconnected me...Not to mention they still can not tell me how my bill for 2 months is almost 400 i live in a town home..And have small kids and recently was let go from my job and been searching for a new one. and they can not even put me on a payment plan. That is just America for you i guess as long as your doing okay forget everyone else. My husband fought for this country and these are the thanks their families get..GO AMERICA!!!
The ladies are quite pleasant but can we please step in to online bill pay?? This is the only bill I've had in the last 10 years or so that I can't just log in to and pay online.
