I called just to ask a question, and the lady on the other end acts like I should know that the people who know the answer to my question are out and won't be back till 1:30. Why have a job that deals with people if you don't like people?! BE KIND!!!!
Best DMV experience I've ever had. The lady who helped me, Debbie, was by far the nicest DMV employee I've ever dealt with!
This place is a F*****g joke !! Open at 8. First one in line and stand there for 15 minutes while the ladies straighten their purses out. Then when i get up there to take my motorcycle license permit test. The lady says oh we are not testing till 1 today. I just called the afternoon before to get the times for testing and was told 8-11 am. And i know it was the same ladies voice i talked to the day before. I told her she told me 8 yesterday afternoon. She said she didnt know what i was talking about. At least this place is consistent. Never had a positive experience yet
Literally this is why i wish i lived in a different county so i didn't have to even attempt to call them since they don't know how to answer the phone.
The lady that does the driving tests is EXTREMELY unfriendly and whispers the entire time. Get somebody who can speak up and isnt walking around like they hate life.
