I love this Kohls most of the time. The employees are usually really helpful and the late hours make it really convenient for last minute shopping. If it's not easy to find what you need they are good at helping find it, even if it's at another store or online. Returns are easy although I prefer the Kohls with the customer service desks in the front of the store.
Always buy my clothes there in Elizabethtown ky. 3 years in roll men's department in shambles. Some isles block piles of clothes on floor. No attendant in sight. I realize about Holiday crowds and people generally messy. All the more reason to be on top of it. I operate a business my self . I have no expectation of my next customer to be inconvenienced by my last costmer. Thanks. Dennis hard in
I had to return a gift because of a wrong size. The customer service was great. I found that the sales can not be beat. The variety in products was a big surprise. They sale everything from men's wear to toys and books. A great shopping experience.
I could not get any service in the cosmetic dept. I got in line at the jewelry counter and was told that the line was only for fine jewelry. I LEFT the store without my product.
I like this particular Kohl’s. Around Christmas time it can be a mess but so is everything. The store is nice and so far the staff is friendly. I’d say they put in more effort than other Kohl’s store to stay tidy.
