I came in the store Sat 11/18/2017 and was in desperate need of an outfit for a wedding that I had to leave for in less then an hr. 3 young ladies in the Jr section came together and helped me find the perfect outfit. When it was time to ring up the cashier said one moment ma’am I actually think this dress is on sale and sure enough she came back from the JR section and it was 30%off. Overall that was an awesome experience and great customer service.
I'm glad to see Sephora here now but the selections in JCP aren't really great.
Really like this store. Remodeled and nice selection. We're not much on online shopping as it puts local folks out of work.
