AMAZING -10pm visit on a Saturday night and the FOOD was AMAZING - Best Steak I have had in a long time. All the food was perfection - Service was great. They close at 11pm and they didn't rush us at all - it was great.
Used call ahead seating on the app and was seated immediately upon arrival. Food and service were excellent. As always, we requested Carlton and had exceptional service!!!
Stopped by while travelling from Western Kentucky. The restaurant was busy, but we were still seated and served quickly. Steaks were fresh.
I've lived in the area my whole life. I've been to this location hundreds of times. I'm long-suffering but I've reached my boiling point. They can't seem to keep random green beans out of their chili. The wait staff laughs it off and the management apologizes but no one fixes the problem. I was told "it's messy back there". Not what you want to hear. It's disgusting to find bits of food in your meal that don't belong and I'd be embarrassed to serve it if I were them.
Always crowed; however, receive great customer service and never leave Hungry. Would rate it 5 stars but his place needs to be remodeled and or larger restaurant built to accommodate their business flow.
