Service was good. Wings were flavorful but were barely warm as if they had been cooked before even arrived and they just added the flavor and heat sauces when we ordered. I also ordered a Blackened and Blue Burger which came with blue cheese crumbles. The blue cheese was good but the burger did not have any Cajun spices as stated in the description so it was just a plain burger. The burger was also much smaller than the bun. I will not be going back.
Food and beer was good but service was lacking. Server gave us the wrong order for our daughter and then messed up the split bill at the end. Spent an extra 15 minutes there trying to figure it out.
My last sit down visit has me nervous to return in the future. I presented my $25 dollar gift card to cover the majority of my ticket. After the transaction posted days later, I discover the gift card was never used, and was instead discarded (or pocketed), charging the full amount to my bank card.
However, the service in Elizabethtown, Kentucky SUCKED! Our waitress was hardly ever around and the table next to us waited 10 minutes before any waitress ever approached them. This is unacceptable and absurd. We have a coupon card for BOGO once per month for a year. This was our first visit and it will be our last.
Great food and prompt service in an atmosphere where you can watch sports and still have a conversation with those you are sitting with. Don't have to yell at each other to hear what is being said about the game or whatever! If there is a problem with your food, they really do a great job in trying to make you happy. This has rarely happened to us, but when it does we are satisfied with the outcome.
Food was okay. The sweet this chili cauliflower wings were absolutely amazing!
Since it's opening, I've witnessed the downslide firsthand. What was once 5-star service has slowly drifted to complacency. 2 out of 3 on my take out orders have been incorrect by a noticeable difference (Extra Hot on tenders that were medium, and wrong quantities).
Side note- your voicemail box is full, as I attempted to call a manager to address my concerns over the phone.
If you can't process my order or payment method correctly, how am I expected, as a customer, to return to your business? It's a shame and disappointing, I've really enjoyed their food and chicken quality.
Worst service ever. Not rude, just incompetent.
