Was disappointed. Of course there was a wait which wasn't too long. I wasn't sure if they called my name and when I asked I received a dead stare from the girl. Made me slightly uncomfortable. Turns out they did call my name just mispronounced it or said it too fast. The food was decent but got my daughter's order a little wrong. My husband ordered a dinner but never received any bread. I wanted to order desert because the chocolate cake is the bomb, but before I could order I was handed the check.
Used to be one of my favorites... The portion size is smaller than years past. The Customer Service is no longer a priority. The quality of the food is fair at best. The taste of the food has become bland and very little flavor. So disappointed in the overall decline in this Restaurant Guest Service.
Good deals in the shop, good deals on our food and great service from waitress! I would recommend if you have some extra time to burn. We did have to wait about 15 minutes for our food, and we arrived right before close, but it was definitely worth the wait. Wish we could go back sooner!
I love Cracker Barrel restaurants. I love the consistent great service and great food. This restaurant is a regular stop for me as I travel south on I-65. This restaurant is no exception. Always have great servers and the food is always good. I especially love their breakfasts and vegetable choices. Real home cooking at its best!
this is the worst experience that I've EVER had at a cracker barrel! it was busy and that's fine. we waited for a table and that's fine. however when we where seated we sat for 10 minutes before a server looked at another and said thats your table. the other server said i know. and then kept on moving. she was helping a few other tables and still didn't come by. another 10 mins. went by and she finally came over. so we have her our drink order with the food order and then she left....for a long while. came back with our drinks and no silverware. my drink was empty and she went by our table twice, with the pitcher of tea both times before she came and asked if I wanted a refill. about a half hour goes by and our food finally came and it was cold! I don't mean cool I mean the gravy on the chicken was solid and when I put my fork into them they crumbled, when j finally got a fork that is. I did get a manager and he got us new gravy and potatoes and my daughter fresh mac and cheese and fries. but for a $60 Bill I'm pretty sure it wasn't worth it!!!
