Would rate a 5 but rating a 4 due to the cost of the kids meals as they should be less. Food is good quality and restaurant is very clean. Servixe is above what is expected for fast food.
I consistently have issues at only this chic fil a. Went through the drive through, waited in line during lunch, and finally got more order taken. When it can time to pay, the person taking my order couldn’t figure out how to let me use Apple Pay and made me go inside. They didn’t save my order, so I had to sit through another huge line inside and reorder. No apology or effort to make it right. Just seems like this specific location is incompetent at hiring and has gone downhill slowly over the last 2-3 years.
Stopped in to eat dinner. We ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with cheese and a chicken sandwich with cheese ... when we got them, they were cold to the touch. I took it back and asked if we could get a new ones. They said they were very sorry and got a new one right away. Guess what it was cold too. The cheese won’t even melt on it!! Why should we have to take our Food back three times to get a warm sandwich! I paid $13.93 and couldn’t even eat it! Thanks for wasting my money!!!
This location is extremely busy at lunchtime- however they are probably the most efficient of all quickserve restaurants in the area. Great food, great customer service is the standard. Don't be turned off by a long drive through line or a long line at the counter, they move it quick and serve the food even quicker! Highly recommend.
I have pulled into the drive thru with cars all the way out in the road and they still get you through quickly and my order is always right and the food is always good. Super friendly
