My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Great value for the cost. Very friendly staff. They are undergoing renovations so there were some minor inconveniences. The staff handled this appropriately by asking specifically about any issues with the room. I let the woman at checkout know that there was no towel bar in our bathroom, and she made a note of the room number.
This hotel was terrible, it stunk of a smoky, musty, circa 1976 hotel room. The bathroom was filthy. Roach found crawling on the floor. Stains in the toilet & hair around it. It was awfully dirty. We wore socks the whole time for fear of walking on the bare floor & I made sure to line the toilet seat. We left first thing in the morn. This room was definitely not one that was remodeled.
The staff was very friendly. However, We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. There were blood stains on the quilted bed cover and sheets. My husband said he noticed something that looked like someone had cleaned their nose on our bed cover, also. My pillow smelled of sweat. The shower and floor had alot of hair strands on them. One of the shower panels had black stuff under the edge. It wasn't rust because i checked and it rubbed off on a tissue. Dimly lit. Just didn't smell or look clean. We did complain at checkout and they did apologize and reduced price to half. That's why we did give a two star instead of one. I'm sure management likes the feedback because with these problems, guest will stop coming.
A good quality hotel for the price. This one had eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy with their breakfast bar... more than the typical breakfast you normally see at this chain. It also included a computer and printer for public use, a fitness center and an outdoor pool for the summer season. The rooms were spacious and clean. My only issue was a slight problem with the plumbing in our room, but it was manageable.
Highlights: very comfortable bed. Like new mini fridge. We didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked great and had varied options. It wasn't good swimming weather, but the pool looked clean and well maintained.
Hotel was clean and had good service. They offered a continental breakfast and it was good. They had several amenities that we didn't take advantage of, but my experience at Quality Inn and Suits was good. Plus, the price was also good. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling.
