Hi I enjoyed my two days at your etown location. That says a lot because I am a critic. I liked the low rates and I also appreciated the veteran discount I was given. The hotel was clean and I felt safe. The only thing I can say that would have made my stay better was having a small refrigerator. Thank you. :)

If you need a place to rest your head and a shower, this is your place. Rooms are small, but serviceable. If sharing a room, be prepared to negotiate your space. And bring your own pillows, theirs suck! TVs are new and nice. Uh, front desk friendly. They'll leave lights on!
All was great I except we would have liked the heater fan to have run continuously. Room was clean. Bedding was spotless and mattress was very comfortable. Would have liked to stayed a few more days
I am a business owner currently in transition to Elizabethtown area. I commute daily back & forth from Bowling Green. This particular night, since we were working late, I decided to stay at Elizabethtown Motel 6. Room 203. Done a walk-through, other than the smell of cigarette smoke everything seemed normal. The next morning, I noticed what I thought was a small roach in the bed. I took a picture and jumped in the shower. I noticed a couple of itchy bumps on my arm. Didn’t think nothing. Checked out and went to work. I got to my job and literally about an half an hour in my torso was itching like crazy!!! Didn’t take long to figure out that it was BEDBUGS! I had to leave work immediately. The hour and a half drive home was hell!! Called the manager immediately and told her what happened. She acted as though I was lying?!?! I offered to email pictures of my body AND of the supposed “roach” which was what I learned later was actually a BEDBUG! She said they would have to call the exterminator first and THEY would have to confirm that there were BEDBUGS in the room. That was 6 days ago! And I still haven’t heard anything!! By the time I got home, some of the clusters of bites were so bad that they bled and oozed pus. Last count was over 35 bites on my arms, shoulders, back, stomach and knuckles! I went to the hospital for safe measure. Unfortunately there is not an option to upload photos. I am now out a huge medical AND extermination bill for bedbugs in my home. That $50 stay wind up costing me HUNDREDS!! And I would like to speak with someone in the corporate office!!
I had a reservation at another Motel 6 (#699 in Goodlettsville, TN) for this night. However, about 3 miles before the exit for Elizabethtown my daughter got sick in the backseat of our car. Since it was too late to cancel the reservation at #699, I figured I'd have to pay for both rooms. The manager at Elizabethtown told me not to worry about it. "I'll straighten things out. Here's your key. Go take care of your daughter," she said. She gave me her card and told me to call if we needed anything. She brought us extra towels to clean the car with. Her service was excellent.
