Most of the people working here would be better suited, being Walmart greeters, as they haven't a clue on how to do anything; besides greet. Management is poor, blame Duane the Manager for this. This is located in the mall so you can easily venture over to the other jewelry stores when you see for yourself how the right people were never hired, and don't really have a clue about quality or customer service.
