My 7 year old daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced yesterday at Claire's. So we went to get it done . Everything was smooth sailing except for the fact the girl could not mark her ears right. That should have been my first clue. Then she kept stopping to talk about everything and had wicked long nails so when she finally got around to piercing her ears she got the gun stuck in my daughters ears. We were horrified. My daughter was traumatized. My mom ended up having to put the back on her earring because the girl Alanah was her name would not stop shaking. To say I was mad would be a complete understatement. When asked if we could have a discount or something since she traumatized my daughter. She said she couldn't do that. But gave us coupons for 20% off for next time and then to add insult to injury she made me wait at the very back of the line to pay. So long story short I will probably never go to Claire's again.
