The office staff treated my daughter very rudely. She went several times and they spoke down to her and didn't help her out. She was nervous going because it was her first time as an adult going by herself and they treated her awful. Each time she has went it was like that. She is now looking for somewhere else to go.
I wouldn't send my worst enemy there except maybe to see Tiffany Robinson. Kristen Stiles is horrible. My husband has a few health issues (serious) and she acts like it's a bother for her to treat him. She spends less than 5 minutes in the room, doesn't listen, and doesn't address the reason you came to her. She has let numerous serious (elevated) test results slip through the crack. If you ask for her to contact you asap you might hear from the nurse in a week, but you won't hear from your physician. When you write a letter and hand deliver it to the physician asking for her to call, you won't hear anything. The office staff are rude and hateful and has given my husbands test results to the wrong doctor that has never seen my husband, they were signed off on and put in his chart with critical levels that shut his kidney's down and almost killed him. He will NOT be back.
The actual medical providers are excellent, the negative review is due to difficulty in making an appointment, inconsistent quality of front desk staff (scheduling appointments incorrectly, rude/easily flustered, losing information, making excuses, lack of professionalism), the records and referral department is excellent and professional, the nurse line is hit or miss you often have to press really hard to get a question answered in a timely fashion, the lab staff is excellent and fast. I think this office needs a bigger physical location, more support staff, and better training for support staff. Basically a better office manager and just overall patient communication and consistency would make going here so much less of a frustration.
Brandon is friendly, knowledgeable, and not squeamish. However, I cannot say anything positive about the staff at the front desk. My first visit I showed up 10 minutes early. When I got to the desk, I was almost turned away. The girl working there said, "You know you were supposed to show up 30 minutes prior." I said no, I didn't, no one on the phone said this. She said it is their policy. If it's their policy I should be informed of it. They are always rude, whispering about patients. I could hear them today calling someone an idiot. They are totally unprofessional. I will not return because of them.
They are terrible. Lab results take forever. Any other Dr office I've ever went to, I was always called with lab results within 24-48 hrs. First time, they never called me. Finally, after 2 weeks, I called. Their answer...The Dr hasn't had a chance to review and sign off on the results. I called the next day and demanded the results, then I finally got them. This time, it has been a week. I just called. Their answer..."The doctor hasn't got around to look at the results yet" I explained that I waited 2 weeks last time and had to finally call myself. The nurse just gave me the excuse.."our doctors see many patients a day and they review the lab results when they get a chance." Unacceptable answer! If that's the case, then maybe you're overbooking. After I finally receive my lab results, I will be finding a new provider. If you're looking for one yourself, I'd advise you to stay away from this one.
