ALL of the nurses, doctors and staff were AMAZING with my 2yo daughter. She's had a lot of ear infections and she has tubes so she's really protective over her ears (I usually have to hold her down for them to be checked) I was AMAZED with the nurse when she checked them without my daughter crying, I didn't have to hold her she sat on the table and she was even laughing :) . In my opinion they are better with kids than her pediatrician!
I was hoping that I could get better help and understanding from this facility, but didn't receive neither. Disappointing experience. The staff is more concerned with themselves than with helping this patient. I will look to other options. Can not honestly recommend this facility.
Normally each time my child gets their allergy shots here , it goes good & the doctor is great. Unfortunately on more than 1 occasion,we were pushed for time due to after schl activities &living 25mins from town (Elizabethtown), arrive 5mins before close to be told they are already closed. Needless to say this is extremely aggravating
