Never going to this Victoria's Secret again. First of all, we called before hand because we were driving a bit of a distance in order to buy some pajamas. The lady on the phone said that they had the size we needed and held it for us. After driving 50 miles, we walk in, talk to a sales associate, no pajamas were put back for us and held. We accepted the fact and she referred us to some other pajamas. I tried on an XS pair of the ones I originally wanted. After getting in the dressing room, I barely had the pants on, when someone touched the handle and barely cracked the door. I stopped for a second and waited, thinking it may have been my Mom who was standing right outside, but no. It was some random sales associate who I had not already spoken to. About 30 seconds later, I heard her voice again and she fully opened the door. Obviously, I had not requested any assistance and all of the sudden she starts hanging bras up inside my dressing room. For one, I didn't request for any help. For two, she shoved me with the door in order to hang the bras on the racks inside the dressing room. I kept giving her a stunned look, thinking she would be smart enough to get the picture that this was not the stall that requested the bras. No. She looked at me with a stunned face and left. Did not even apologize. You have no idea how mad I was, let alone my Mom. And I forgot to mention that several times my Mom said to the lady " Ma'am!! That is not the stall you are looking for!! My daughter is in there!!!! " But she did not listen. I received several apologies from another lady, but not the sales associate who entered my dressing room. I will never go to this Victoria's Secret again. Very disappointed.

I have always been treated with respect & they remember my name. Always helpful, polite, & smiling especially when they r busy!! Love shopping there!!
Seriously, the worst experience I've ever had with any Victoria's Secret. Rude and completely unhelpful, I will never be back.
