My mother bought Christmas presents in November for my daughter but they don’t fit. Brandi’s will not even exchange when the tags are on the outfits and we have the receipt. She said they won’t bend policy for one when they can’t do it for all. Other similar boutiques with similar standard exchange policies have Christmas return windows that extend into January. It would seem that with Bardstown promoting holiday shopping days in November that she would be more accommodating and customer service driven. This store values their policy over customer satisfaction based on this experience and the lack of friendly service in the store on a regular basis.
HORRIBLE. Do not shop here. They sell you clothes with holes in them and do not care and will not take them back. So rude. All they care about is their money. Pathetic excuse of a boutique.
"oh, well that was discontinued, nothing we can do about it" ??? So nobody ever contacted me all that time. I expressed that I was disappointed and needed a refund quickly so I would have time to purchase a different outfit before the party. I was told it would take 7 days. 10 days later, I am STILL waiting for my refund and have sent yet another email asking where my money is from my unfulfilled order from 2 months ago. I'm VERY sad about my daughters 1st birthday party that I saved money up for and planned well in advance for. I'm just soooooo disappointed in this company
HORRIBLE experience with this place!!!! I ordered a VERY important outfit for my daughters first birthday. I saved up the money so I could have this very special outfit. I ordered it over 2 months in advance to make sure that it would arrive on time. After 1 month, I was worried and contacted the company. I was basically told,
I like the style here but they never have anything you need. Today I went to buy a pair of boots that lace up in the front, and they only had 2 pair and they were both 6 1/2! And I went in with my sister a couple times and they never have anything we want. Me and my dad went in one day to get presents for my sister and mom and tegu didn't have anything we needed. We asked the lady at the desk if she could order them for us and keep in mind it was last week of November before Black Friday and so we wanted a present for them so we said could you order these as presents please and she like we could get them December 28! And we were like for a present and she said no we can't get them before Christmas sorry go somewhere else and that has happened many times
I have shopped numerous times in this store and spent hundreds of dollars there. Today I attempted to exchange or get store credit for a birthday outfit that I had purchased a few weeks ago because it was now too small for my daughter. They refused to help me. Instead, she kept referring me to her 10-day return policy that is on the receipt. I tried to explain to her that I could see the same exact outfit hanging in the store and I shop frequently there. She didn't seem to care. I cannot recall a time that I have ever been treated this way when attempting to exchange a clothing item. I am extremely disappointed with this store and I will never shop here again. What a shame?!
