The car was outstanding, new, relatively clean with great gas mileage. However, I booked and paid 2 months in advance and when I got there they didn't have a car for me. I waited 20 minutes for a car, which was an upgraded one, but the seats were real dirty. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
