I had to rent a car for about two weeks, that all worked out smoothly. However when I returned the car I realized that I had left my $200 portable speaker in the glove compartment. I immediately called enterprise and asked them to please find the speaker and hold onto onto for me, the associate I spoke to claimed that the car had already been cleaned out and another customer already had it. When I asked if the cleaning team had found anything in the car she said that they didn’t. I am 100% sure that my speaker was in the car, no doubts about it, I am sure that the cleaning team is trained to open up and clear out all compartments of the car so I know that somebody had to have found my speaker. This situation ruined the positive experience I had originally had with enterprise. Very disappointed.
Enterprise, Elizabethtown, KY - Customer Service was okay, being that the front desk was being operated by one customer service rep, so yes, the lovby/waiting area was full. The worst thing is that we were given a confirmed confirmation on a compact car, but once arriving to pick up rental, was told they had no other compact car and would have to upgrade to the next bigger rental, which doubled in price...Not Happy...
Even with it being a busy day at the office (fall break) I received fairly quick service and the vehicle was ready and clean. The staff was very nice and efficient. I have rented here before and normally have a good experience.

I recently hit a deer and did significant damage to my car. The body shop said it would be 2 weeks to repair. Through my insurance and enterprise getting a vehicle equal to my own was no problem. The rental location is even next door to the body shop so super easy! All the staff was friendly and helpful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
