Lots of items, decent quality. Not always easy to find items. Website does not offer many products that are in store only.
Wrong time to go shopping. Waited in line for 25 mintues and was one person away from cashier, when the woman ahead of us said I also would like a refund for these 3 items. No receipt, wanted full price. Waited another 15 mintues while her and cashier had words. We left. Maybe another day I'll try to buy what I went in there for.

Very nice store. The only problem is its hard to find stuff but other than that you have all the crafts you need.
Great sales, good selection of art supplies, holiday decorations, etc., The only drawback is how they cram so many things in the center of the store, making it hard to get around without being in somebody's way.
