A family bond is what I have heard on multiple occasions. My experience with the Elizabethtown Coldwell Banker Office has been just that, because I don’t know one family that isn’t dysfunctional. A string of unexplainable events such as the holidays, a longer time table with banks and property transactions, 3 real-estate transactions taking place at once, a time frame that was military and maternity dictated, and individuals hundreds of miles apart made this a difficult transaction for this Office. I have been told from several individuals during this experience that this is one of the most difficult transactions they have ever seen. Irvin Lyons had the connections to get my house market ready. He took the time to find me an Electrician and a Contractor and had them complete outstanding work at a reasonable price. He got me on the market and under contract only weeks before Christmas, which I hear is a difficult task. There was some communication errors and some headaches, like all property transactions nothing is easy, but He got the house sold! Now my family can focus on the birth of our Son, expected any day now and getting settled into our new location. Thanks again Irvin!
