Just had the worst experience today at the post office. Melanie was incredible rude and blamed it on having a headache. Headache or not that's not a way to treat someone. I hope that after talking to her supervisor her (Melanie) headache got worst. If you hate your job that much just quit and let someone who wants to work have your job.
My held mail was lost by the carrier and never delivered. After talking to a couple of other people on Route 5, turns out the Saturday carrier has a habit of misplacing held mail.
Waited forever for a parcel to arrive. It was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday but was delayed. I received a notification on Monday that it was out for delivery. Well Monday came and it still wasn’t delivered. Tuesday I went to the post office and spoke to the Post Master Jeff who said the package didn’t have the apt # on it so that’s why it wasn’t delivered. Later that day it was delivered to my porch and guess what the apt # is on there clear as could be.
I'm sick and tired of having to wait until after 2 to get my mail if at all. It used to be delivered before 11. I keep getting my dad's mail and he doesn't even live with me. I also get other peoples mail that used to live at my address. I have tried to sort it out and still it keeps happening. May just have to get a PO BOX.
Dont ever get my mail till after 5pm n its pissing me off... there no damn reason for it...
