Be careful with this company. On the second day of a short two-day project of repairing the drywall in my basement, they attempted to increase the price of the job by 4hrs of labor with a price tag of $84 per hour. They stated that the trim that they laid down was not on the estimate and was not planned for in the labor calculations. The trim was included in the written estimate I received so I refused to pay the additional cost. Later that day the contractor that conducted the estimates called and told me that I know that the labor estimate did not include the time it would take to lay the trim even though it stated so in the written estimate. He stated that the fact that I picked them because their estimate was the lowest was proof that I know the labor hours did not include the trim. I have a large job coming up and this company will not even be invited to give an estimate. This oops and the attitude of their contractor cost them with me and if you are reading this I suggest you go with someone else to. The only reason I did not rate the one star was because the work performed was not bad.
