I've called and called up there and I'm sure theyre still in the store because they still have to clean up and close. Nobody is answering the phone at all! I'm a very unhappy customer, I wasted money on pizza that i can't even eat, luckily I have a friend here that's not allergic to mushrooms and then 2 of us are so we're just sol? This is ridiculous, I will be calling first thing in the morning
Never, ever will I visit this location AGAIN! I used the app to order my carrout food last night with no issues. When I walked into the Dixie location to pick up my food, I was APPALLED that people were actually eating in the dining room because they COULDN'T SEE. It was so dark that I couldn't even make out their faces! Only about 5 of the 50 (estimate) track lights hung from the ceiling were working. God forbid a customer trips over something due to the intentionally poor lighting and files a negligence lawsuit! When I made my way to the counter, the girl didn't greet me, look at me, and was rather unfriendly. A worker sped by me and entered a portion of what used to be the dining room closed off only with a gate, and it was a make-shift storage area stacked with empty pizza boxes and supplies. I was in shock. When it was my turn, the associate appeared unkept (my guess is that she is overworked) and immediately hollared at patons walking through the door. She told them that they could sit where ever and she would be with them in a moment. So she was the hostess, cashier, AND server? You've got to be kidding me! After I got my order and began to leave, I looked over at the bathroom doors and they were in desperate need of repair and a coat of paint. I am absolutely horrified that this dump is still open!!!!!
Terrible place. Cold and dirty. Pizza wasn't good. Place is very old. They are in the process of selling it. Won't be going back there
I ordered 2 medium pizzas tonight and not once did I mention anything about mushrooms at all, but both my pizza was covered in mushrooms and I'm allergic to mushrooms
Sometimes the pans get cinnamon stuck on them and you can taste it in savory dishes.
Very negative experience. Poor lighting. Had to use phone as a light to read menu. Waitress said corporate would not spend the money on new bulbs. Waitress forgot to put our breadsticks order in and we got them as we were finishing our pizza. Over 1/3 Of the bill was for the drinks. Expensive soda.
I usually have good service and the pizza is really good, one of my favorite place to eat. However, the last two times I've ordered pizza from Pizza Hut at this exact location, they have messed it up. Last time, my pizza didn't even have cheese on it, if it did you couldn't even see it, it was all sauce.
