Kirkland's definitely lost a loyal customer for good. To anyone reading this review, save your dollars and go shop anywhere else where customer service still means something.

Clean has very unique things
Not a lot of variety as you would see in a Louisville store, but still worth the visit if you are looking to decorate for the season!
I am very disappointed in Kirdland's for hiring such under-skilled and rude employees. I understand we are the day after Christmas but that does not give anyone an excuse for such little consideration.
I am writing as I am just exiting your shop. I have been 'served' by Connie today (12.26.2015 @ 5pm) as I wanted to buy 2 lamps from your shop. After quite a wait, the sales representative took the damaged lamp from the display and tried to sell that to me as new and told me only that one was available. After politely refusing the display lamp, she just made a rude comment and turned her back on us and started some other activities.
