I love Kroger's. Whether I go to the one on the North side or south, the people were friendly. The gentleman who helped me was so kind. He knew where everything was and he even helped me take my groceries to my car. I love shopping at Kroger's. They usually have everything I want. If it was not available, they ordered it and contact me when it comes in.
It's nice. The cashier's are usually very polite with a positive disposition. Had an experience in which I went early and the manager was stocking bags and complaining about someone's attendance. He also didn't break from his conversation with what appeared to be an off duty employee to help the one cashier they had open that had a line forming. It was an isolated incident however it was unprofessional in my opinion. The cashier was very sweet despite the fact I'm plagued with RB face syndrome.
