Supposed to have opened pool. Did not do anything but charged my wife's card anyway. We had to put in countless hours on our own to correct the issue. Unless they refund it, I will dispute the charge. Unprofessional and terrible service
I've used them for almost 2 years for my pool supplies, questions, and ideas. They have always been fantastic. Very quick to help with issues I have, creative enough to save me money and time. Always polite and helpful.

I had paradise pools install a pool liner. There was some small communication regrading the timing of the install, but other than that they did a awesome job. They now come weekly to service and clean our pool. It sparkles!!!
They are a little pricey, but they do a great job and are happy to answer any questions.
