long read but much needed
i found the main man mr percell to be very nasty rude and down right mean ... my mother my only remaining family had passed away suddenly and things just kept going wrong i met with him along with my mothers partner well i fell to pieces once i herd the words cremation it wasn't my family's beliefs to be involved in such things but the insurgence company wouldn't cover my mothers passing and it was the only choice so we were told then when i said i needed air and lost it in the parking lot he then told my mothers partner that he could wave fee's and get things donated then while im still outside (now in our truck) crying Hysterically and really coming to terms with the fact my mother was gone he knocked on my door telling me to sign "cremation release forms" (note what had been promised above i didn't know yet) well crying still i said sir im sorry i cannot sign those papers he proceeded to Yell at me horribly telling me my mother would just lay there in the morgue then i was very cought off grad by this and tired to enplane before he then Yelled more and got even more rude and walked off smarting off my mothers partner came out stating he was waving fee's getting her berried and so forth and that i was out of line basically i said you have no idea what just happened and my friend even tried to back me up saying i was yelled at and disrespected and told her everything well then she walked off and he got into his car talking to someone.. i was told to talk to him again to say i was sorry or he may not help us lay my mother to rest i sent my friend and told them both i need to just have a moment would he please wait and speak to me he curses my friend calls me ignorant and said if she doesn't want to work with me i can work around her cursing as they sped off -------weeks go by without knowing the state could pay to at least cremate your loved one if there is no way of paying this is all things he knew and would not tell any of us also demanding money we didn't have refusing to help then the county coroner got involved they were very nice and told us about everything percell wouldnt also not knowing he was demanding money well Thanks to the hardin co Coroner they paid for my mothers cremation (although not what we wanted but needed) they also let us view her to say goodbye later however mr percell sent someone to have me sign those same papers as stated above.. (who does work there mind you) the tall man came to my home explained everything to me even said he was sorry for my loss and said if i couldn't pick up my mothers cremains they would arrange for her to be brought to me.... weeks go by with no word or returned phone calls he sent my mother off to be cremated and after calling what seems to have been over a dozen and a half times i was told she was ready i asked if they would still bring her ashes because the car wasn't mobile at the moment i was given the run around then today 11/17/16 after i called again he decides to tell me the person lied and they worked with the coroner and he would run them down to get her ashes to me and now i have to wait longer for my mothers ashes ................................so lets recap rude run around long wait period for my mothers ashes unclear to even to where the ashes are.. cursed at called names ignored withheld info about state being able to pay for help with my mother um lied to please do not put your family through this please seek someone and somewhere else to morn your loved one and have your loved one taken care of i am very hurt i have no idea how anyone has worked with this place or how it has stay'd open
