Customer service is great. I can buy my paper items in bulk and can find everything on my list. I truly enjoy shopping in Sam's Club!
Great place to go shopping. I just wish they would stop moving products all the time. Increases frustration level and takes longer.
Great service good quality food
The store it’s self is well stocked and has descent deals. The reason for the one star. Do not use the tire service center they are not properly staffed nor are the service techs they do have knowledgeable on proper tire replacement. You will be waiting most of the day for your vehicle back and after you will need to check all your lug nuts as they will not be tightened properly and also suggest checking your valve stem for leaks. The staff lack customer service skills both at the tire center and the general store staff as well. Very rude and short with people. I’ve experienced this myself and seen plenty of interactions with other customers as well.
We love this place. We get paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, drinks and other items we go through often to save us a trip to the grocery store. Buying in bulk is the way to go! Haven't met a worker here that isn't friendly either!
