Jeff is one of the most professional UPS Store owners I know. He has always gone above and beyond to assist me with shipping, printing, notary, etc. If there is a problem with one of his employees, I suggest bringing it up to Jeff and I am confident he would handle it.
I've shipped stuff here multiple times but just today I was shipping out an old broken iPhone to a seller, the customer service I received was absolutely terrible. The man giving me service continuously questioned me about "are you sure the person knows the phone is broken" and "well if it's broke it's about to be even more broke after shipping". I mean that is no way to treat a customer and obviously talk about the company you work for. He was rude and I walked out shipping somewhere else. Wouldn't ever recommend going here ever again.

This UPS store is full of incredibly easy going staff that are friendly an knowledgeable on their services. They make my life easier.
I showed up with 15 large moving boxes, and quickly realized that they would not make the cross country trip. The sales associates went over and above helping me repackage everything into true shipping boxes and even stayed late to ensure my packages went out on time and in better shape.
