The dentist listens to what you say. They explain everything very well and they also try to make you as comfortable and pain free as possible. The whole staff is very friendly and understanding. I'm not changing dentist at all. They have a well kept and cleaned office that's very beautiful. They try to help any way they can. It greatly offends me seeing some of these comments talking negative about this place because I believe they're honestly the best and I would easily drive an hour or two to go there. Keep up the very great job

Had an excellent check up yesterday. The team was very friendly and timely in getting me in and out in about 30-minutes, for my 6-month cleaning and check up. Have been going to these folks for almost a year and have had nothing but the best experiences. Professional and responsible team.
I received a cleaning at this practice and was then examined by the Dentist who created a treatment plan that was based on aesthetic work she recommended I get done. I had no pain so I elected to NOT have the expensive, elective dental work done. Today, two months later, I needed a loose crown re-cemented and I was refused care because I did not follow the elective treatment plan. BAD BUSINESS!!! The tooth with a loose crown WAS NOT identified as an issue in my exam. Treatment planning is a recommendation by the Dentist - not the law. BEWARE!! This is how patrons get over-billed by Dentists. I DO NOT recommend this practice.
Never have I ever been so comfortable at a dentist office til I went here. Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable, welcomed, like family, they are very professional and easy to talk too. The best dental care service in Elizabethtown. For sure.
