Very clean. friendly staff. Very organized. Starbucks coffee shop in the facility with a seating area. Not the least expensive place, but a large selection of books. They have other items for sale such as bags of coffee, Godiva chocolates, games, Kindles and more. Very pleasant place even if you don't want to buy anything. Very nice atmosphere.

I have always enjoyed my visits here for many years,but my last visit will be my last. I ordered a mocha frappe,my usual and was slurping along when I felt something in my mouth. I pulled a half an inch of green plastic out of my mouth. Then I began searching my cup to find a couple dozen shards of plastic. It was the plastic of one of their green straws. I have no idea how much I ingested. So I frantically ran back to the counter to show them. The manager tried to tell me they don't have straws behind the counter ,and sounded as if she was accusing me. My straw was still in the cup which was perfect. There is no way I could have done that to a straw. It was blended up.... All I got was a short sorry and my 3$ back. I really wish I took a picture, and I pray to God my body processes it without harm.That's not a small mess up,that is huge.
I love the service there. It can really busy at the Star Bucks at times, but they hold altogether very great! The bookstore always has greats deals!
I all ways enjoy going there for a new book or a mocha. Store is well kept and the employees are cool. Mini of the Isles are very narrow and hard to get through with a mobility scooter I love this place I hope they correct us at some point.
