This location is so dirty. I'm not talking about dishes etc. I mean the booths have food gunk build up jammed into the cushions, trash under the booth seats. Grunge welded into the tile grout, food debries on the prep areas etc.
Please someone address this issue. This was a great place to get healthy good food but not anymore.
Did an rapid pick up order and it said it would be ready at a certain time. I get to the place only to find out they are out of what I ordered as them telling me I need to come inside when nowherein the last screen said to come inside. I even showed the manager! Instead of offering me what they do have in stock I had to ask the questions of what could be done. They didn't even want to make my drink! I'm done with this place they are sorry please read the reviews and don't order this way! He just wanted to refund my money and let me go so they could close. Poor service. Left very unhappy!
Went twice and got my order wrong both times. Credit to the manager though, fixed my order without any haggling. I will return for "third times a charm"
Love Panera! The prices are a little high but completely worth
It would not take but a few hours of honest cleaning then daily upkeep to maintain.

Panera has went downhill incredibly. The store is usually dirty, the staff does not seem to care how the store looks, and you can guarantee you will have to bring your food back at least twice to get what you actually ordered. This store will be closed like so many others have in Elizabethtown because of bad service, bad food, and no one in the store, including the managers, who care.
