Biggest joke if ever their was one. Went back and forth with these idiots for a month in a half and got practically no where. On the advice or my awesome realtor I took my loan papers to South central bank and was good to go in 3 weeks. I would give it no stars if possible. It looks more like a store front than a bank and don't even get me started on their holier-than-thou snobby two faced attitude.
